This Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made on qivno.shop and outlines our fulfillment and delivery practices. We specialize in premium kitchen storage solutions and are dedicated to delivering our fragile glass jars safely to our customers in the United Kingdom.

1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

  • “Processing time” refers to the period from order confirmation to the moment the shipment is dispatched from our facility.
  • Packaging Note: Since our products are made of glass, we take extra care in packaging. Each jar is individually wrapped in protective foam and bubble wrap to ensure it withstands international transit without breakage.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates We fulfill orders from our US facility to ensure efficient international delivery to the UK.

  • Shipping Origin: All orders are shipped from our warehouse located in Concrete, Washington, United States.
  • Estimated Shipping Time: Once dispatched, the estimated shipping time to the United Kingdom is 7 to 13 business days.
  • Total Delivery Time: Therefore, the total estimated time from order placement to delivery is approximately 8 to 16 business days.

3. Shipping Cost We offer Free Shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom. No handling or delivery fees apply at checkout.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (UK Orders) For our customers in the United Kingdom: All applicable import taxes, duties, and VAT (Value Added Tax) are included in the product price or covered by us. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery by Royal Mail or other carriers. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.

5. Shipping Locations We currently ship exclusively to: United Kingdom. If you are located outside of this region, please contact our support team, though we currently focus on the UK market.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment status through the link provided in the email.
  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier's system.

7. Delays Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather disruptions, customs clearance inspections, or carrier delays. While we cannot control these external factors, we will do our best to keep you informed if any significant delay occurs.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages (Breakage Policy) If your package arrives damaged (e.g., you hear broken glass or the jar is chipped), please contact us immediately at support@qivno.shop with photos of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or refund immediately. Please handle broken glass with care.
